Rick Tobin is a visionary artist. He developed
his style and approach to the canvas over a twenty year period, and first showed publicly in 1996. Since then he has been a member of three galleries in California and held six one-man shows. His work was previously provided through Rick's own online gallery, The 16th Man. Rick now lives in Spring Branch, Texas.
The motto for Rick's work is "Cohesion by Abstraction." He believes that people can be brought together by abstract and impressionistic art. To him, it opens doors and breaks down barriers.
Only a few of Rick's prints are pictured at this site. He has a very large collection of original electronic works and photographs available for sale. Rick welcomes inquiries for specific types of work (color, style, subject, etc.) to see if he can match the art collectors needs. |
